Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 26408
table of content: page number at left instead of right when heading length is exactly one line
Last modified: 2013-08-07 14:38:26 UTC
In a table of content, when the heading width is exactly equal to one line, the page number is putted at the left of the next line, instead of at the right. I will attach an example .sxw file and a screenshot that are self-explaining.

confirming. This is not specific to TOCs or Indexes, but a general issue with right aligned tabulators. The text following the tab breaks to the new line whereas the tab stays on the old line Maybe the tab and the number should be handled non-breakable in TOCs? or make rightaligned tabs always stick with the following "unit/word" (I don't see where this would cause problems - at least at first glance)? not sure about the DEFECT though...
MRU->SBA: pls have a look if this corresponds to the current tab stop behaviour changes for OO 2.0.
SBA: Target set to OOo 2.0
SBA: Reassigned to ES.
ES->FME: Not sure about the defect too... It has nothing to do with TOC. Reproducible with pure text. - type a line of text - format the tab properties so that it is right align, on the last text area position (with DIN A4 = 17.60cm) - type tab at the end of the line an a character after the tab -> if the tab wraps at the end of line, i.e. begins on line 1 and ends on line 2, the char won't be right aligned at 17.60cm
