I parsed a minimal document with a validating parser using the 
proposed fixes.

The following validation messages appeared:

MMsgml-ERROR (SPERROR):

office-test.sxw:70:109:E: there is no attribute "text:anchor-type"
MMsgml-ERROR (SPERROR):
office-test.sxw:70:196:E: there is no attribute "fo:min-height"
MMsgml-ERROR (SPERROR):
office-test.sxw:70:208:E: document type does not allow element "text:text-box" h

The 605 unfortunately exported some incomlete features. Exporting the same
document should work now.
