i'd like to add second problem with tables :

oo.org doesn't allow dragging into selected region.
this is very closely related to the first case, so i add this here. if this can
not be handled here, i'll file another issue.

btw, all this is also true for columns.

Issue replicated for OOo 1.1.4 on Windows XP (service pack 2).
Just to clarify what I did: I selected more than one row in a data filled
table, 'drag and drop' them into a different cell 'X' (which is located above
the original cells), all rows were copied over properly, except the last
bottom row (it just did not exist). However, if you drag and drop into a lower
cell, all rows are copied over properly.

I see some more aspects of that problem in "samplefile.odt"

1. Mark c3r2:c4r3
2. click on c3r2 and hold left mouse button
3. drag mouse pointer left to c2r2 and drop
expectd: contents will move 1 column to the left
actual: contents loss as reported for drag and drop to an other ROW

undo or close / open newly:

11. Mark c3r2:c4r3
12. click on c3r3 and hold left mouse button
13. drag mouse pointer to c3r4 and drop
expected: contents will move 1 row down
actual: contents will move 2 rows down and a new row will be created.
It seems that it is impossible to move only 1 row down

undo or close / open newly:

21. Mark c3r2:c4r3
22. click on c4r2 and hold left mouse button
23. drag mouse pointer to c5r2 and drop
expectd: contents will move 1 column to the right
actual: contents will move 2 columns to the right, contents of c4 will
be lost (if there is an additional c6, no contents will be lost)
actual: contents loss as reported for drag and drop to an other ROW

Additionally there are unexpected restrictions where you may click for drag and
drop:

31. Mark c3r2:c4r3
32. click on c4r2 and hold left mouse button
33. drag mouse pointer left to c2r2 and drop
expectd: contents will move 2 columns to the left
            (dragged cell c4r2 to c2r2 ...)
actual: column c3 will move 1 column left,
contents loss as reported for drag and drop to an other ROW

All that works as expected in CALC file "samplefile.ods"
