while firering an event no one of the added listener was called. To reproduce
this behavior just call inside a solar shell:
%SOLARENV%\bin\checkapi -o
toolkit.AccessibleToolBox::com::sun::star::accessibility::XAccessibleEventBroadcaster

Removed Accessibility Keyword.

This is an automatic (Accessibility) API testing, and results of this don't
actually reflect the Accessibility of the product.

We are not aware of any Accessibility issue related to this API test scenario.
