Please narrow issue-state-changed-notification form that is sent by email for example to the person who added that issue. Since when the state of the issue changes somehow, and mail is sent consisting of the diff, each line is prefixed by 2 characters, that makes lines of the mail sent 81 characters long, which exceeds 80 characters width of typical console, thus the right side frame character of the form (i.e. "|") gets wrapped to next line, making the message very ugly and sparse. Also, please use uniform diff format ('diff -u') when making diffs - it's much easier to read them!

This issue has been entered into our internal tracking database to be evaluated
by our engineers. A change to the code is necessary in both cases and it will be
determined whether this change is made now or included in an upgrade.

Sorry to be so long with the update to this issue, I wanted to wait until all
changes had been finalized. Source Cast 1.0 uses the following format for
presenting issue state notifications:

It has not been determined whether this change will be made to the existing code
or if the change will take effect when the site is upgraded.

This change has been incorporated into the code for Source Cast version 1.1 and
will be available when the site is upgraded to this version.
