In Star Office 5.2, I open the formula editor and click on an integration sign.
 The integration command opens in the command box and I simply fill in the
relevant information.  I tried both Open Office 609 and 613.  In both, when I
click on the integration icon (or any icon in the formula selection box),
nothing happens.

So this issue is not reproducable on any OS, I close it.
