When a CGI Metafile is rotated by 180 degrees, the letters are still upright,
and the text is displaced. Steps to reproduce the problem

* Create a metafile object
1) Open a new Draw document
2) Enter some text, e.g. "This is a test"
3) Copy the text object and Paste Special as CGI Metafile

* Rotate the object using the rotate tool by 180 degrees: messed up
* Rotate any other angle: correct

Issue has been reported by a starting user on

Seems to work properly in current versions (Ooo 3). Thus this issue can be closed.
