In Office the column elements are mandatory in OpenOffice and optional in Excel.

Therefore some default columns have to be created.

Added a new choose condition in the import to always add columns (fixed the
existend) and take advantage of the Excel attribute 'ss:ExpandedColumnCount'.

By default a style exisits for the default columns. It is the table style or a
default co1 named style, always written out by the import filter.

Postponed to OfficeLater until new priorities for all Excel XML filter tasks
have been ascertain.
