Don't know whether this could be the right place...

Sorry to go via Issuezilla, but we (Dublin release engineers) just can't 
wait uploading the tarballs to collab.net. Therefore we need a location 
where to upload them to (directory OpenOffice614 which doesn't seem to 
exist yet).

For clarification and reassurance, 
OpenOffice.org Issuezilla is the right place to request and escalate this task.
