Has the attached sample doc been created with MS Word or OO Writer? When I open it in Word, there is text, which is displayed as "inserted", but when you hold the cursor over it, it says "deleted"?
I am not sure, it should be created by Office in the first time and re-saved by StarOffice, here in my platform, open it with Office2003, the change history tool bar is visible, the content of the Table is invisible, unless you select "original label state", you can see all the content is marked as "deleted". open it in StarOffice and insert some text, save it into doc file, re-open with Office, you will see all changes made by StarOffice is marked as "deleted".
deuce, if this issue is still a problem for you, please send mru a comment, to give him a kick in the pants. For me the inserted and deleted test is the same in m60_m62 and MS Word 2000
I now had the time to have a closer look at this. The problem is located in OO's export into Word format. There, some inserted text was misinterpreted when added to content by different useres. MRU->MMAHER: see the two attachments I will create. One is a file before text is added by a second user, and one after. see the difference in the table (3rd row) there is "inserted" text which is is erroneously displayed as "deleted" by the tip help when traveling over it.
