I downloaded 605 and switched to root.
I started 
install/setup
After a while a Window popup: 
"The Script files now beeing read.
Please wait for a moment..."
After 2 sec. the prompt to the xterm comes again
saying: 
"glibc version: 2.1.3"
nothing else happens.

This is not realy one bug, it is two:

The first: "I can not install Open office"
The second: "I do not get an Error Message"

It's a SEGV. Memory overwrite caused by getenv called out of the basic 
interpreter.

Linux only.

Looks like this one has been fixed a long time ago. At least oo 641 
works fine.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved
<wontfix/duplicate/worksforme/invalid> issues. Please see this posting for
details. First step in IssueZilla is unfortunately to set them to verified.
