CWS num0201: insert an outline numbering based on Heading styles into document,
save document and reload -> the numberings have been lost

This really is not a UI issue so should probably be redirected to something else like open-import.  The 
fact that the outline numbering does not work is a serious issue.  I hope it can be resolved soon and 
before version 2.0.

This issue still exists in the 1.9.87 and I think
it is very important to be fixed before 2.0.

Has this issue been forgotten some where in between.
