As you can see in the menu (view->full screen), one can toggle the full screen 
mode with <Ctrl>+<Shift>+<J>.
Another way is to access the menu via shortcuts (<Alt>+<V> for "view") while the 
full screen mode is on.

Now we have the fullscreen toolbar again ( ).
Besides that you could use SHIFT-CTRL-J or you could open the View menu by 
keyboard ( yes, you can use the menu in the fullscreen mode! ).
