IMPLEMENTATION DETAIL:

In spreadsheetml the following attribues are measured in Inch not in Point:
x:PageSetup/x:PageMargins/@x:Top
x:PageSetup/x:PageMargins/@x:Bottom
x:PageSetup/x:PageMargins/@x:Left
x:PageSetup/x:PageMargins/@x:Right

and

x:PageSetup/x:Header/@x:Margin

QA INFORMATION:
If you load one of the default spreadsheetml test documents (i.e.
cellstyle.xml), the margin found under Format->Page is
both horizontal: 0,75''
both vertical: 0,98''

This configuation is not part of the export filter yet.

Due to the upcoming new XML Office 12 Microsoft format, the earlier Microsoft
spreadsheetml format is deprecated. Due to heavy workload no further time will
be spend on developing the filter of this deprecated format.
