- Load attached document (with alien attributes)
- Export/Save it as OOo XML 1.0 (.sxi) again
=> [Empty] Notes page gets lost

Test scenario:
impress_xml_7_export.bas -> testcase: talien_attributes

There was an optimisation not to export notes pages that do not contain shapes.
This never happens in normal documents so its not that neccessary. It happens in
the bugdoc cause that was a bugdoc created from development where not needed
elements where removed from the xml file to keep it simple.
With header and footer feature the optimisation is wrong since even if a page is
empty, it now can contain header footer settings that change the notes page
apperance. So I disabled the optimisation.

there is now a page-style available for presentation-notes.
