seen in CWS 'vcl33' on JDS with Java 1.1.4 :
When I finish the web wizard I get always a crash. All documents are converted
to HTML but after that I get a crash. The Java stack is attached.

On master build (m67) I do not get these crashes. On my machine I get it only in
this CWS.

A bad combination of the gtk event loop and Java ?

fixed in CWS vcl33

The continuing problem is that java tries to work on windows that are already
destroyed

Verified with cws vcl35:
Not able to verify on windows and sparc. No try on linux.
WebPage doesn't work. 
When I try to finish on first run, an error appears while generating the table
contents page(s).
