To reproduce:
1) create a new document
2) insert table at beginning
3) table gets a page-break with page format 'First Style'

If this is saved in an English version, and loaded in a German version, the page
break is still gets lost.


Note: This might be duplicate to issue #i40244# (solved in m71s1).

SBA: Verified in CWS swqbugfixes14. 
Note: An office in a different language was not needed to reproduce this. Just
do the three steps DVO described, save, open again -> wrong page style in status
bar.
