Zoom to 100%

Bug: Addressblock runs out of area, document can't be scrolled

What do you expect? There's nothing specified yet. 
The preview of AutoText for example provides a context menu for zooming and
scrolling. 

Either way this is not P3 and will most probably not be changed for OOo 2.0

What I expect are scrollbars. 
I'not needed they shouldn't be visible, if needed they should appear automatically.

Sorry, and correct me if I'm wrong, but is it neccessary to specify such things?
I'd think that this is some kind of common sense. Changed target to 2.0.1

It is necessary. In other similar controls we don't have scrollbars (AutoText,
Index dialog)

Changed target to OOo Later due to a lack of resources
