add modifying point/handle to shape 'magnetic disc'

see shape "magnetic disc". it doesn't have any handles for modifying it (like
block arrows and othe rshapes do). this would be especially handy in cases when
this shape is needed very long - try creating this shape with proportion
heighth:width - 20:1. top/down are is very unrealistic and streched.

one solution would be smarter proportion management for this shape, but
modifying handle would give more control over this process for users (though it
doesn't exclude former :) ).

this handle should modify top/down area by changing it's ellipse (both top and
down synchronously).
