The file manager should have win look and feel on windows or at least an option 
which uses the win filemanager since the one included is very confusing

The work on file picker service based on the original Windows file open dialog 
is in process.

We now use the Windows FileOpen dialog.

This issue is closed now, because this feature is implemented since
src 633.
