the bibliography disappears when a document is converted to MS word format;
attached are 

-- an .sxw file (using the sample "bibliography" that comes with OO for item 1,
and the document itself for 2 )

-- the .doc file; citations in the text have become plain text, and the
references have disappeared

Note that this happens in 1.1.3 (windows) and 1.1.4 (Linux)...

Known problem, the concepts between OO and Word are a bit different. See issue
21161.

same issue as above, seems footnotes converted to standard text, but 
bibliography is not changed, requiring the formulae, which have now been 
written over to normal text. Therefore nothing in Bibliography table.
