Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 43841
Cannot zoom in OLE embedded drawing
Last modified: 2013-02-07 22:39:12 UTC
There is now way to zoom when editing an embedded Open Office drawing within an Open Office writer document. This makes it very difficult to edit a detailed drawing. Zooming the document before editing the drawing improves the situation slightly but would not be as effective as allowing the user to open the embedded drawing natively in Open Office draw with a right click menu or allowing the user to zoom in and out in the drawing.
Zooming inside OLE objects has been disabled intentionally, AFAIK. Also, I didn't find ANY application doing this.
