For Linux and Solaris
^C leads to abort or core dump.
This may even happen for ^Z.

HRO: In build 627 we fixed a few signal handling related bugs on solaris 
(handling of profile signals f.e.). Need a more specific description !!!

This worked fine in OOo1.1 betas on Linux, but seems to have
been broken in the final OOo1.1.  So a little regression here,
darn it.
