I have this word document that has a background image. The problem is that the 
image overlaps all the text. I still can type in under it, but I can't see 
anything.

File will be attached.

Background images being always marked as "over text".

Got a fix for this checked in.

And a seperate step & email blitz from setting assigned to accepted.
Bug resolved pending confirmation in the next build it is included in.
