The file 1.0.0/OOo_1.0.0_source.tar.bz2 has the wrong size on NY1.
As ny1 is the master for downstream mirrors this impacts the complete download 
structure.

I don't quite understand: shouldn't the mirroring effect overwrite the
corrupted file on ny1 with the correct sf1 file?

You're right: it *should*!
But have a look at ny1 and you'll see...

For that file, I see 111MB on both servers.  Are they both wrong? 
What should the size be?  Did the size change?

I'm assigning back to Stefan for more info.

At the time of the submission of this bug (and hours before and later)
there was a difference in size. Seems that synchronization now (with
the decreasing load) works again. Could you confirm this?

I checked with louis and the operations group, and they had indeed
been doing work on the server earlier today and on Friday to make sure
that uploads were going smoothly.  This afternoon they finished all
that work and made sure that all syncs were running fine.  I think
this is related to that.
