Jeremiah,
We can only accept public keys for committing to cvs from persons who
have been vouchsafed by the project lead. I think what you may want is
to download cvs files. You can do so by using anoncvs. to use it,
please click on a particular project's "Source Code" link in the
project's navbar and read the brief information there.

The Issue you raised has been marked as 'Resolved' and not updated within the
last 1 year+. I am therefore setting this issue to 'Verified' as the first step
towards Closing it. If you feel this is incorrect, please re-open the issue and
