When I launch the program, I immediately choose "Tools->Options"
and in the "General -> Font replacement" tab I enable the "Apply
replacement option" and then choose any two fonts and click on
the green tickmark.  The chosen replacement shows up in the list
area (with the screen & always options unselected) and I choose
OK and exit the application via "File->Exit" from the menu.

Upon relaunch, it appears as if the settings were not save since
the replacement has disappeared and the "Apply replacement option"
is disabled.

This does not occur with the other tabs where any sattings I
change persist.
