Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 45031
XHTML export filter: All list are ordered if a OOo 2.0 document is exported
Last modified: 2005-04-22 13:52:53 UTC
The XML document format (i.e. OASIS Open Document XML) only possess one XML element for unordered / ordered lists. They will only be differentated by the list style. Unfortunately during the mapping of OASIS Open Document XML to the elder OASIS OpenOffice.org XML it won't be distinguised between 'text:unordered-list' and 'text:ordered-list' elements and both are mapped to 'text:ordered-list' elements. As MIB has stated this not-optimal mapping won't be fixed, therefore a work-around for the XHTML export filter had to be implemented.
fixed in spreadsheetml01

Found the problem, the reason that the list labels and the list text are overlapping is, that the 'fo:text-indent', the indent of the first paragraph is not interpreted. IMO this bug is fixed, althought the addressed list problem should be certainly solved for the future.
