The link target for the 619 build is ready seems to be confusing - it leads to a
general source overview page and not an actual 619 specific page. 

It should (IMHO) be retargeted at the download page.

Our habit has been to use the intermediary page as a buffer. However, at this 
point, it seems reasonable to eliminate the buffer for the 619 is ready link on 
the homepage. The buffering link will remain in force, however, for all those 
going to the download page from the "downloading" link on the navbar.
In sum: the confusion has been eliminated, and the link takes the user directly 
to http://www.openoffice.org/dev_docs/source/download.html.

As agreed by Louis I will close these resolved fixed support-owned issues now.
