The icons on the toolbar are fuzzy. If I change to another resolution and back 
to the old, then they will be ok.

Toolboxes have almost nothing to do with the API (there is not even an API for
them yet). It may be an implementation problem in GSL or FRAMEWORK modules.

It seems that your graphic card/driver has a problem. On all of our computers 
and graphic cards everything looks OK. Only with this information it is 
impossible for us to fix this - perhaps you could debug the problem.

Many graphic drivers has a problem if the bitmap cache option is activated. 
Normally it helps if you disable some options in the graphic card driver. We 
think that it isn't our problem to implement workarounds about graphic card 
driver bugs. If this bug happend only on your graphic card it would be good if 
you write this bug to the graphic card vendor. When we know the excact problem, 
perhaps we could avoid this in the future - but in many cases one workaorund 
create a new problem on another driver.
