Install 680m95 zh-TW version of OpenOffice.  Under File -> New -> at where
supposed to be XML Form Document, I see 主控文件.  This translation is DIFFERENT
from before and the translation is WRONG.

Before we have "XML 表單文件" and we should use this one instead.
