This is a spinoff for issue 48659

For 2.0.1 we should have a dialog after loading a document that warns the user
of possible security problems with shape interactions that start executable files.

@cl->fl: please provide a spec. how to handle this that is consistent with the
macro security spec. Of course this depends if we are allowed to have UI changes
in OOo 2.0.1

Changed target to OOo 2.0.2. because dialog works as desired. Wrong help would
be changed to PP1 at also I set the target to PP2.
