First of all, congratulations to Sun for making OpenOffice free!

I like the new style of OpenOffice concerning the separate windows very 
much. However, I'd like it if the tool palettes were draggable outside of the 
parent window. This way, they wouldn't obscure some part of the text. 
Probably some kind of borderless window, in which the tool palette was 
displayed, would solve the problem. Also, it would be the more usual way 
of handling them.
