CMC: Again here we have a table whose guessed table description does not match 
the reality of the table cell characters on the ground. Again I suspect our 
paragraph attribute searching in the case of fastsave needs improvement.

Piece "cutting" is at the heart of this problem, but also theres an issue with
incorrect endnote positioning. Fix for that checked in, I have a fix for the
piece table troubles, but need to verify it against all the other piece table
issues first to confirm I have it right.
