the H on HEALTH ISSUES (right bottom) is 'weird' (and other headings
inconsistently) compared to Word 97

MRU->AMA: I already mentioned this in issue 50852. 

The DropCap in Word is able to drop across multi line though the paragrph
only consists of one line.
