Save as .xls file  changing the  chart datas

steps
-----
1. Create a calc file with some  charts 
   a)Insert ->Object ->OLE object
   b) click in Openoffice.org 1.9.104 chart and press ok
2. Save as  'test.xls' (Excel 97/2000/XP)
3. Close the  test.xls file
4. Open the same file again

Suse 9.3, OOO 1.9.104

Problem: chart contains a source link to Sheet1.A1, but has its own data table.
On export, only the link to the sheet is exported.
