Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 50930
Hamiltonian symbol
Last modified: 2013-02-07 22:41:33 UTC
Hello, I am writing a Masters Thesis in physics. Often we use "Hamiltonian" equations. So in the equation editor it would be useful to have the Hamiltonian symbol. It is essentially a script H. An example is shown at the link provided. http://www.fileformat.info/info/unicode/char/210b/index.htm Have a nice day, Thor
You can use "Lucida Sans Unicode" meantime and add that symbol. ---- @mru: I think, all the requests for adding a symbol should be gathered in one issue. I found 45972, 45400, 22445, 35903 (for arrows), 43247, 39656 (for Z), 13435 (therefore) and 46571 (more general).
Reassigned to requirements.
I agree that all requests for symbols should be collected in one bug. I would also like to point out that OOo lets user to customize the catalogue, and symbols from other fonts can be used. This is not a work-around, but a feature. Where's the limit, otherwise?
