Description michael.ruess 2001-03-06 10:06:44 UTC
Bugdoc (delivered via Mail; customer´s doc): after import, on the second page
there are two objects, one should be anchored on page one. We do it wrong,
because the object on page one is abchored to the page break. In this case we
should anchor it to the previous paragraph, so we get a better import result
Tracker ID: #78934

CMC: Anchoring is a matter of some debate, ms ones differ quite considerably
from ours, in this case you have a good point. Ill see if tht is possible
without breaking the working "usual" case

Accept: To attempt to fix case where element is anchored to section break

Word can have open paragraphs that only contain a single character indicating
that a graphic or an ole node or a text box is anchored here. In this case when
a pagebreak is found after this character then we should close the paragraph
before ending the section so as to ensure that it is is anchored to the current
page, and not pushed to the next page.

Doing this with every open paragraph when meeting a pagebreak has the problem
that word often has paragraphs with numbering information attached split by a
pagebreak, in this case word ignores them totally, and closing them in writer
would create empty numbered paragraphs before the pagebreak. (id #74468#)

Fix checked in to do the right thing.
