I checked in rev 1.21 yesterday evening, but it still doesn't appear on the live
web site

about the caching proxy server.  Hit 'Shift-reload' to have the cache
reloaded with the new page...or wait 1 hour for it to show up in teh new
cache.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
