In the scope of moving sbx from svtools to basic (cws visibility03) some
resource strings used by the svtools format functions got lost because 
they were not correctly put to the resource file used by basic.

But as they are contained in the testtool resource (stt) this should be fixed 
for now (2.0.1) by just accessing the stt resource. Later this will be corrected 
(issue 53795).

ab->gh: As discussed this fix requires the sbx format resource to stay in the 
stt resource for 2.0.1.
