Did a clean Windows95 OSR2 install. Installed 3Com NIC driver, Winzip8.0, Intel 
INF chipset driver, Win95USB driver, MS IE5.5 SP2, IE5.5 security update, ATI 
Rage IIc video driver, Win95 DCOM v. 1.3. Then started OO1.0 install, got the 
following message: "The 'ucpchelp1.dll' component was unable to be 
registered.", Retry/Ignore/Cancel
