The spec http://specs.openoffice.org/appwide/toolbars/Toolbar_content_spec.sxw
determines that the English term “Form Controls†is the German term
“Formular-Steuerelemente†and that the English term “More Controls†is the
German term “Weitere Steuerelementeâ€. This introduces a new term “Steuerelementâ€
without any necessity. This new term is not used in any other place as
tranlation for “controlâ€. But in all other places and for a long time the
English term “controls†has been translated with “Kontrollfeldâ€. Therefore all
texts, especially the online-help, becomes inconsistent with this new term.
Therefore I think, that it must be changed to “Kontrollfeld†in the spec and
then in the UI.

Christian Jansen owns this spec, but I don't know, whether cj is the right
address to assign it to him.

The latest version has OpenDocument format, see 
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/openoffice/ooo-site/trunk/content/specs/appwide/toolbars/ (the whole website is tracked with subversion)
