Functions names used in hand edited svg-equation are lost and converted to numbers.
The Equations sequence should contain (name,expression) pairs to preserve those
data.

Yes, at the moment we do not preserve named Equations.

It should be no problem to change this because the EnhancedCustomShapeGeometry
service has not been stated "published" yet.
