The votehelp page fails to use the standard style for the rest of the site - no
logo, grey background, etc. 

And content could be clearer aswell.

This is a standard BugZilla help page 
(similar to http://www.openoffice.org/issues/bug_status.html). 

As OpenOffice.org is scheduled next quarter 
to be upgraded to SourceCast Version 1.0 
(in which the UI for IssueZilla has be significantly improved), 
this IssueZilla enhancement to Tigris will not be addressed. 

Thus set: Resolve issue, changing resolution to WONTFIX

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
