Prvide tooltips for all fields to identify them
Only certain fields show tooltips (e.g. footnotes). Other fields do not show
tooltips.

Provide tooltips for all fields to show their identity, cross-reference and
value (as applicable).

confirmed.

Inserting a Footnote we can see a tooltip for it.
But inserting a Cross-reference to that Footnote, no.

Enhancement.
