Description lars.nooden 2006-03-08 09:04:33 UTC
OOo give an error message when trying to use non-ASCII characters in a file name
and then refuses to save the file.

For example, trying to save a file named "kafé" will not work, but "kafe" will work.

OS X allows non-ASCII characters in file names.
Comment 1 lars.nooden 2006-03-09 05:31:50 UTC
Apparently not a problem on the version for Windows XP or Suse 10. Might be
limited to OS X

Not a translation issue.
Functional problem.
Please reassign to the appropriate developer...

This is a well known problem. See:

Thanks for reporting it anyway.
