Description issues@www 2001-04-02 07:26:53 UTC
When entering a date, eg 01/04/2001 (it means Jan 04, 2001). If trying
to "format" this cell, eg, use format code NNNNMMMM DD, YYYY. The Output will
be: Thursday, Sun 04, 2001. If the format code is NN, MMM D, YY. The output
will be: Thu, December 4, 01.

It seemd to be a code error. :)
