Did some investigating on this issue interestingly if we try the
http://cs.stage.openoffice.org/stats/index.html then the page gets render
properly . Also did a check of the html file in a test project. There doesn't
seem to be any problems with the file . Assumption is there could be an problem
with the publishing of the file . Looking further into the issue .

This problem is now reproduceable internally. CN engineering is researching to
come up with a resolution.
Comment 8 Unknown 2006-06-15 09:47:26 UTC
This is now resolved.
Comment 9 stx123 2006-06-15 11:27:12 UTC
The cache is still polluted with documents containing chinese characters.
A refresh worked in all cases for me. Verified on stage.

This Issue is 'Verified' and not updated in 1yr+, so Closing.
A Closed Issue is a Happy Issue (TM).
