Clicked on both GPL and LGPL from License page and got blank pages.  (No problem
with SISSL)

All links on http://www.openoffice.org/license.html work for me; Michelle, try 
shift-reloading that page, and then try clicking on the links again.  I think 
the problem is on yer end.

It was a shift-reload thang.  Everything is fine.
