Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 68309
Forms and 2 or more tables
Last modified: 2013-08-07 15:45:17 UTC
I am trying to enter/display data from 2 or more tables on the same form. Each time I try to switch to the next table everything I have added is erased.

I am trying to create a form using more than one table in my database. I have created relationships linking all the tables. I have been using the wizard to build my form. I select all the fields I want to display from the first table and then when I select the next table the items selected from the first table vanish. Is there a way to create a form that will use more than one table?
If you want to use the relationships, you will probably need a subform or a list box. If you want to use two database tables independently in one document, you cannot get this with the wizard, but have to use the 'Form Navigator' in the 'Form Design'-toolbar. Seems to be no issue, but a support request.
